Certain items in the club's shop are exclusively reserved for members of the Reptilzer Club. You can get them only if you are a member of the Reptilzer Club.

Additionally, if you are part of the Reptilzer Club, your fan club benefits from discounts on certain items available to all: up to 50% off!
Suggest a contract extension to an employee
Do you appreciate the work done by a player employed by your fan club and would you like them to continue working for you?

As soon as his or her contract enters its final 10 days, you can offer an extension.

Simply choose the length of time for which you would like to extend it (between 1 and 15 days), and your suggestion will be sent directly to the employee.

You will then be informed whether or not they accept your offer of a contract extension.
Modify your fan club's characteristics
At any time, you can modify the different characteristics of your fan club to make it more attractive, increase its turnover, etc.

In particular, you can:
- set the price of the daily rate to board a reptile at your club;
- set the minimum level that reptiles must have in order to register;
- set the maximum number of reptiles that your club can welcome;
- choose the different services that you wish to offer, as well as their rates;
- give yourself a salary as owner of the club, and customize the amount.

You can also change the name or avatar of your club at any time, as well as personalize the presentation text, just like on your breeder page.
The registration of reptiles in your club
As the owner of the fan club, you can't decide upon the length of time for which reptiles are signed-up. Each breeder, when registering their reptile to your club, chooses the length of time for which they will entrust the reptile to your care. They can choose between 3 and 20 days.

In any case, if your club is no longer able to guarantee certain vital services, your clients will be able to remove their reptiles without waiting until the end of their registration period.

You can find a table summarizing the end-dates of the registrations to your club on the page that lists all of the reptiles that you look after.

When a reptile has left your club due to an expired registration, please don’t hesitate to contact his or her breeder in order to suggest re-registration.
Take care of the other reptile breeders reptiles
Your fan club welcomes all of the reptiles that other reptile breeders have decided to entrust to it. It’s a big responsibility!

Hire different employees in order to offer the best service possible to your clients, and provide all of the items and equipment that you need in the shop.

The reptiles that your club looks after will, in this way, have access to new activities that are vital for advancing in the game.

Additionally, you and your club's employees will be able to carry out different actions with them.

The greater the attention focussed on the reptiles under your club's care, the better it is for its reputation and the satisfaction of your clients.
What are the rules for opening a fan club?
You will find below complementary information about the established rules if you wish to open a fan club:

Concerning the reptile breeders:
- You must have the reptile farm manager certificate;
- Opening a fan club costs 0 premz' and 500 coins;
- The manager of the fan club can only receive his/her wage 30 days after the opening and every 7 days;
- When opening your fan club you will get 20000 club Coins, a new independant currency to manage your fan club.

Concerning the reptiles:
- The registration time for a reptile is set at a minimum of 3 days and at a maximum of 20 days;
- The daily price of a registration is set freely by the manager between a minimum of 10 coins and a maximum of 200 coins;
- The extension of a registration to a fan club is set at a minimum of 3 days and at a maximum of 20 days.


As a manager, opening your own fan club lets you:
- welcome all the reptiles you wish;
- organize and manage reptile shows;
- hire and manage a team of employees formed by players of the game.

As an employee within the fan club you will be able:
- to earn a daily wage in coins;
- to ask for an extension (between 3 and 20 days) when your contract ends;
- to play with the reptiles of other reptile breeders that are in the care of the club.
The different types of shows
There are 6 different types of reptile shows on Reptilzer.
· Best speed
· Show - Best wandering
· Best training
· Best expression
· Best sensitivity
· Best swimming


Your fan club can organize one show of each type, that is to say up to 6 shows.
Opening your own fan club
Opening a fan club allows you to:
- look after reptiles that other breeders entrust to the care of your club;
- organize reptile shows;
- recruit and manage a team of professionals: Reptile breeder, Reptile fan...

Being the head of a fan club gives you a certain status on Reptilzer, but you still have to run your club to the best of your abilities in order to make it climb the rankings.
Organize reptile shows
Your fan club can organize different types of reptile shows that let the reptiles compete against one another. They do not need to be part of your club to compete.

Participating in these shows allows the reptiles to increase their level, and thus progress in the game.
This also allows their breeders to earn coins.
Staff required for shows
Reptile shows organized by your fan club can need the presence of certain types of employees in its staff.

If the necessary staff for one your club's shows are not present, nobody will be able to participate in it.

Quickly recruit all of the required employees in order to end this suspension and to reactivate the show.
Suspend or reactivate a reptile show
If the necessary staff for a reptile show organized by your fan club are not in place, this will lead to a suspension of the show.

However, you can also suspend one or more of your club's shows yourself from the management page of the show in question.
No more reptiles will be able to register.

You can return to this page whenever you wish in order to reactivate the show.

There are 6 categories of shows:
· Certificate
· Class 1
· Class 2
· Class 3
· Champion
· Grand champion
Your wage as club owner
When your fan club has been open and well-run for at least 30 days, you can choose to give yourself a wage as the owner.

You will collect this daily, exactly like your club's employees, and you will be able to alter or even suspend it at any time.

Your daily wage can't be more than 5% of the balance of club Coins of your club.
In general terms, make sure that the payment of your wage as owner does not compromise the financial health of your club.
The cost of opening a fan club
The administration fees for opening a fan club amount to  500.
However, members of the Reptilzer Club receive a discount: they pay only  300.
The different tests in a show
When you create a reptile show, you must decide what events to include, in which participating reptiles will compete against each other.

Each event has its own difficulty level. The overall difficulty of your show (and therefore its category) is simply a grand total the all the events' difficulty levels.

The harder the overall difficulty of your reptile show is, the higher the level must be for the reptiles who want to participate.

You can change the events in your show at any time. The category will automatically update any changes.
The category of shows
The category corresponds to a reptile show's difficulty level.

a show is made up of different events. Each event has its own level of difficulty. The total of all event difficulties in a show will give the overall difficulty of the show, and thus its category.

Only reptiles that have this category in this type of show will be able to participate. In other words, the more a category increases, the higher level the reptiles must have to register in it.
Create and manage a reptile show
You must first choose the type of show that you'd like to create, decide on how many reptiles will come face to face, decide if it will be open to all reptiles or only to Purebred reptiles, etc. Moreover, it is possible to create a show only open to a particular species.

In the next step, you must select the different events that will make up your show. Each one must have a certain level of difficulty.

All the characteristics of the show can be modified at anytime, as well as the events that are part of it.
The employees of your fan club
To welcome reptiles in the best possible conditions, your fan club must hire employees.

These employees are either other players on Reptilzer that you have recruited for a certain period of time, or external contractors.

There is no limit to how many employees your club can have.
The more employees you have, the easier it will be to get a good place in the rankings of the best fan clubs.
Publish a job offer
You can publish one or multiple job offers to increase your fan club staff and better take care of the reptiles in your care.

There is no limit to the number of job offers that you can publish.

Your job offer can be public (visible by everyone) or private (reserved for a specific player).

If it doesn't find any takers after 30 days, the offer will be automatically taken down and you will be informed of it.
Welcoming a new employee to your club
Once a player has accepted one of your club's job offers, you will be informed via PM. This new employee will immediately join your club's staff and the offer will be deleted.

They will remain for the duration of time mentioned in your offer, and will collect the fixed daily wage promised.

Towards the end of the contract, they will be able to send you a request for an extension. You can also send them an offer to extend the contract yourself.
How to recruit new employees faster
In order to hire employees for you club more quickly, make sure that you:
- offer an attractive salary;
- promote your job offers in the Replace or on your club's page;
- write to your club's clients: perhaps some of them are looking for a job.

You can also choose to send a private job offer directly to a specific player.
The fan club shop
Just as there is a shop for breeders, there is a shop for fan clubs.

The items and equipments found in the shop may be useful for your employees to take care of the reptiles that the club welcomes.
They may also be necessary in order to offer services to your clients.
Some could be necessary for certain reptile shows that your club organizes.
Others could allow the reptiles who make up your club to see improvements while completing certain actions.

And finally, certain products can be resold to your clients, allowing you to have a greater or lesser profit margin that you fix yourself.
Recrute an external service provider
Your job offers aren't being filled and you have an urgent need for an employee in your fan club?

Call in an external service provider!

When you want to recruit an employee in your club, you can either publish a job offer or call in an external service provider.

Hiring providers costs more, but they can be dismissed at any time.

Recruiting an external service provider does not require you to publish an offer and wait for it to be filled; all you have to do is choose the job that is needed and the provider is immediately added to your fan club's staff.

There is no limit to the number of external service providers you can have in your fan club's staff.
Exchanging premz' for club Coins
Different methods are offered to you to convert premz' into club Coins for your club.

You can repeat this action as often as you wish; there’s no limit to the number of club Coins that you can get in this way.
The fan clubs' currency: the club Coins
Fan clubs have their own money: the club Coins.

They let you manage your fan club in the best possible way. Thanks to this currency, you will be able to properly take care of your clients, purchase items and equipment to develop your fan club.

When you create your fan club, you receive at the beginning 20000 club Coins to make your first investments. Then it's up to you to welcome as many reptiles as possible to ensure regular income through registrations and other services provided in your fan club.

The club Coins are totally independant from the coins belonging to the reptile breeders. It is impossible to convert club Coins into coins or vice-versa.

The easiest way to acquire club Coins is to convert premz' into club Coins.

Find on this page all of the activities that have lost or earned club Coins for your fan club.
Bonuses for your fan club
Just as there are bonuses for your reptiles and farms, there are certain bonuses that are just for your fan club.

For example, they can consist in exclusive equipment in order to offer the best care to the reptiles that have been entrusted to the club, to unlock certain actions for reptiles and club employees, to improve the impact of certain services, or even to completely personalize the way it looks.

To increase your fan club's attractiveness, the bonuses allow you to draw in even more clients and employees, and thus advance your club in the rankings.

As with other bonuses, these are available in the Cave of Secrets and can be obtained in exchange for premz'.
Employees required for your club
Each player or external contractor employed by your fan club practices a given profession.
He or she therefore has a particular task to do, and plays a useful – if not vital – role in the successful running of your club's activities.

Certain types of employees are therefore indispensable if you want to offer certain services.

The number of employees required for the successful functioning of your fan club is indicated on the staff-management page of your club.
For some professions, the number of employees required is proportional to the number of reptiles that your club looks after.

Each time that you make a change to the page, we save a copy of it.

In this way we store the 20 most recent versions of the page.

You can consult or restore any of these previous versions of the page in one click.
Code of conduct for your club's page
The rules are the same as for your breeder page:
- don’t put too many large items (high-resolution images, animations, videos…);
- stick to the Reptilzer code of conduct: no explicit, insulting or slanderous comments or content…

Just like for your breeder page, the consequences for not adhering to these rules can result in the closing of your account.
Your fan club's page
Your fan club's page allows you to present and promote the club.

For example, you can highlight the different services that you offer and their advantages, mention some of the reptiles that are cared for, job offers etc.

Just like on your breeder page, it’s possible to include photos, animations, videos…

You can make changes to it at any time and as often as you wish.
Write to the clients of your fan club
At any time, you can send a Private Message to all of the breeders who have entrusted one or more reptiles to your fan club.

Don’t hesitate to use this means of communication to win the loyalty of your clients and to bring your club to life!
